1 Our Services

Oneness Healing offers spiritual and energy-based healing services including Akashic Reading, Pendulum Dowsing, Past Life Regression, Present Life Regression, Reiki Healing, Ho'oponopono, Chakra Balancing & Healing, and Crystal Recommendation.

2 Bookings & Payments

All session bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Oneness Healing. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking
• Make payment in full as per the stated session fees
• Arrive or connect on time for your scheduled session

Payments are processed securely. Oneness Healing does not store your payment card details.

3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each healing session is scheduled and reserved exclusively for the client at the time of booking. Once a session slot is confirmed, it is blocked and unavailable for others.

3.1 No Refund Policy

3.2 Reason for No Refund

Healing sessions are time-based and require dedicated preparation and scheduling. When a slot is booked, it is reserved specifically for you and cannot be reassigned at short notice.

3.3 Rescheduling Option

• Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accepted.

3.4 Missed Sessions

If you do not attend the session at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show. No refund or rescheduling will be provided. However, rescheduling may be considered only if the client provides prior notice and requests the change in advance, subject to slot availability.

3.5 Late Arrival

• If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• No extension or refund will be given for late arrivals.

3.6 Technical Issues

• In case of technical issues from our side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• Issues from the client's side (internet, device, etc.) will not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

The healing services provided by Oneness Healing are based on energy work and spiritual practices. Results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and of your own free will
• Healing outcomes are subjective and cannot be predicted or promised
• These services do not replace professional medical or mental health treatment
• You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being

5 User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content from our website without permission
• Engage in any behaviour that disrupts or damages our services or reputation

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Oneness Healing website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Oneness Healing and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneness Healing shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. This includes but is not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, or decisions made based on session insights.

8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9 Changes to Terms

Oneness Healing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
